Over the ages, even though the tools of war may have evolved, the
basic motivations of war have remained unchanged. Expanding a tribe's
territory, resources, and power. But what we have seemed to lose along
the way is the spiritual dimension to a common struggle. It has merely
been replaced by rhetoric, demagoguery, and propaganda, all amplified by
the media.
